Thrive Automator is a free plugin available to everyone. You can install it in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the WordPress Plugin Directory<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Plugins > Add New<\/strong> in your WordPress dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search for “Thrive Automator<\/a>“.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      2. Navigating the Automations Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once installed, access the dashboard via Thrive Dashboard > Thrive Automator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Note: Duplicated webhooks will have a unique URL. You must update your third-party service to point to the new URL.

        3. Understanding Automation Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        It is important to know if your automation is live and running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Active (Maroon Button)<\/strong>: The automation is running. It will fire every time the trigger event occurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Inactive (Grey Button)<\/strong>: The automation is saved but not running.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Draft\/Saved<\/strong>: Progress is saved, but no actions will be taken until toggled to “Active”.

          4. Troubleshooting with the Logs Section<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The Logs<\/strong> tab is your first stop if an automation isn’t behaving as expected. It provides a detailed history of every time an automation was triggered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Viewing Raw Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              If an error occurs, click “See raw data”<\/strong> under the Actions column. This opens a pop-up with the exact technical error code, which is invaluable if you need to contact support or debug a webhook payload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Log Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              You can control how much history is stored using the “Logs to keep”<\/strong> setting at the top right of the dashboard. This helps keep your database clean by deleting older log entries automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
